Darn, just had a fight with Yahoo's spell chacker when sending out the FunkyCozy email. It did however invent some great words like "phenominalinal" - I'll have to use that word sometime. This month is a great lineup, with Spesh and Jon Beech, as well as your truly.

Hmm, unfortunately I'm not having much luck with Jeffs masters from Zebulon - so no new CDs yet :( Jeff posted the mixes on throwdown - and I added them on the left panel. Scuse the technical difficults in the mean time listen to some music

This weekend saw the start of Scott Carellis monthly at 1015 with Looq represents. A very fun night, with excellent sets by Mr Carrelli and Jon Beech - sorry missed Mark Musselmans set cuz I snuck of to the main room to see Steve Porter tear it up, and yes I did feel very guilty.

Gearing up for FunkyCozy on Saturday at Anu - I'm working on getting in a very special guest this month, and well as the very special Jonathan Beech, so it should be a bit of a blinder.

Wowzer, after several days of bad attitude from computers I am finally out if it. New laptop and a wireless LAN is where things ended up. more redundant cables for my collection.

Its been a crazy week as well, got the CD masters from the Zebulon night, got booked for Qool in Feb 5th and drank tequila shots with Miguel Migs. I guess this all makes up for the PC nasties.

Fun stuff, Saturday night in LA was funnny fun fun. Mona Kuhn's exhibit at modernbook was amazing - check out some of her stuff. Then it was on to Sugar in Santa Monica to see Josh Abrams doing a 4 hour set. Josh did a storming set. Then it was back to Josh's till the wee hours. Spent Sunday recovering in a SPA - just what was needed.

Too much fun for a Thursday ??? Nearly, last night at Zebulon was a laugh and and half. Jeff was kind enough to record my set which means more juicey demo CDs for xmas :) Just about to hop on a flight to LA for Saturday nights gig - which will end up at Sugar in Santa Mainiaca undoubtedly.
